Generation Gap

David Green the chairman of Sheffield United gave me and my boys a guided tour of
Bramall Lane. We had a great day and while I was stood on the pitch I could see through the gap in the stands to the terraced houses beyond and as I stood there I thought of the generations that had stared through that space and I knew it was a painting.
